Choose a permanent studio code at setup, then toggle anytime between that static code and rolling random codes. Switching modes never changes your permanent code — only which code is currently active for customer signup. Your publishing signup link always uses the currently active code.

Saved permanent code stays reserved and returns when you switch back to permanent custom.
Rolling codes are random and not editable. When a customer successfully attaches with the current code, that code is burned and a new one is generated automatically — update your social posts with the fresh link.

Connect the studio Square account so deposits and remainder charges land there. Vice Engine never holds the money.
Sandbox first: open the Default Test Account dashboard, leave it open, then Connect Square. Square’s authorize page stays blank without that tab.
In-store tap
The Bluetooth tap works in the Square app on the studio phone. After an appointment, Charge in Square app opens that amount so she can tap the reader. A Square Terminal with a screen is optional.
