By checking the authorized-representative box during studio signup, you declare and agree that:
You are either (a) the legal owner of the studio/business named in the signup form, or (b) a person duly authorized by that studio/business to create an account, accept the Vice Engine Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, start a subscription trial, provide a payment method, and bind the studio/business to recurring charges if the trial is not cancelled before it ends.
You have authority to designate the studio name and legal/business name used on the account, to receive account and billing communications at the email address provided, and to manage or cancel the subscription on behalf of the studio.
You understand that false or unauthorized signup may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account and may create liability for you and the studio.
