How the referral bonus works

For you: one-time 20% off your first real paid month (after the free trial).

For the other studio: they get credit worth half of what you actually paid that first month. We wait 14 days to make sure the payment sticks, then take it off their next Vice Engine bill. More referrals mean more credit.

Nothing is earned during the free trial. If that first payment is refunded during the wait, the credit is cancelled. You can’t use your own code. Customer join codes that change over time don’t count—only the studio’s permanent code.

After you submit, Stripe Checkout collects a payment method and starts your 30-day trial. To avoid automatic billing, cancel in Account → Subscription before the trial end date/time shown there (we recommend at least 24 hours earlier). A reminder email is sent about 3 days before trial end.
